Head-Product and Partnership Development

Job Description :

- Identify and develop long and short term certification base leadership training products as "own" offerings from the CoE for different categories of users

- Take total charge and responsibility for conceptualization, organization, implementation and co-ordination of the leadership training products in all its aspects

- Develop Annual Training Calendar

- Develop a Panel of Domestic and International Partners - Individual and Institutions for design and delivery of the Programmes

- Guide Research on Trends, developments, profiles and case studies

- Operate the vertical as a Profit center activity

- Develop the knowledge creation activities of the Center through effective co-ordination with knowledge creation partners and membership
