Position : Head- Product Management & Strategy

Responsibilities :
- Own and managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, concept to launch.
- Research, identify and prioritize the next 2-3 industry segments we should enter, using parameters such as segment size, problem statement, business model, defensibility, entry barriers
- Develop and execute a phased GTM plan including strategies to accelerate time to revenue
- Work with internal teams to augment product and engineering capabilities for identified segments
- Scale these solutions across countries, languages, local regulations, etc.
- Hire and develop world class talent to run each vertical as own P&L
- As cross-functional lead, responsibilities will include driving ideas and features from concept to launch.
- Involve working with engineering and design on a day to day basis to launch features.
- Solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results in a complex, fast moving environment.
- Be the internal and external evangelist for the product.
Requirements :
- 12+Years of experience in building, launching, scaling products
- Solid experience in building product & Scaling business in healthcare, insurance domain
- Experience in running B2B SaaS businesses in India or International market
- Entrepreneur mindset with P&L Ownership, GTM Strategy
- Technology chap turned into Product Management or Entrepreneurial background is a must
- Having technical background in mobile/cloud solutions preferably in B2B domains
- Engineering background and hands-on development experience is a must.
