Head Product Management  Location : Bangalore  We are hiring for Head Product management for an Retail Brand  Description of the role : The Product Head will be responsible for driving the Merchandise Strategy for the company.   Role Responsibilities :   - Develop Product Line plan and Portfolio road map across all the product category (Gear, Apparel & Footwear)   - Handling P&L for three product lines.   - Manage category margins, profitability & inventory   - Manage the Product lifecycle   - Devise and manage Product Pricing Stategy   - Analyze market trend and competitive landscape by segment for Product competitiveness & price positioning   - Identify and fulfill gaps in the current product portfolio   - Prepare Budget plan for the products, track sales pattern and identify product lifespan   - Prepare business requirement basis Sales, Analytics, competition for Development & Design teams   - Lead a team of Category Managers and align them to the overall Product Strategy   Qualification and Experience :  - Should be an MBA Graduate from a reputed institute   - 6 - 12 years of relevant Product Management experience (Apparel Management Experience)   - Someone from e commerce will work but should be from Apparel   - Strong Analytical Skills   - Proven ability to handle ambiguity   - Excellent leadership, planning, team management and relationship management skills/ ability to influence peers   - Multi- faceted & Strategic Thinker with an ability to deliver results   Charu
