We have an opening for a bangalore based start up jewellery firm.

Role & Responsibilities

- Operate with an obsession for understanding and discovering customer needs. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

- Define the roadmap of native apps, mobile site as well as the desktop versions of the tech product

- Define and analyze metrics with products like GA that inform the success of products and the user journey

- Be aware of usability guidelines and trends in defining user experience to guide the Design team

- Understanding of SEO and driving that with help of marketing

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

- Work in Agile/SCRUM processes and Test Driven Development.

- Benchmarking with other best-in-class e-commerce sites and setting standards for the digital platforms of Melorra

- Ability to drive user research and derive insights for the product

- Responsible for business metrics and conversion rates

- Build and drive the team to measurable goals

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of global best practices in product design and UX, with focus on mobile

- Demonstrable track record in managing mobile platforms

- Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architectures, APIs, platform integrations and SCRUM methodology

- Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces through wireframing, mock ups and user testing

- Understanding of analytics and how it is integrated into business

Qualifications - Engineering degree with preferably management background
