As Head of Product Management at Analytics Vidhya, you will see your vision come to life. You will be the
architect behind how our thinking shapes and impacts the world. You will work closely with the leadership team and the teams across Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Content and Operations to ensure that the future we create is in sync with what we dream.You can expect a lot of brainstorming, engaging discussions challenging the assumptions and a passion to create world class products.
Responsibilities
- Envision product ideas, design and features to create learning and hiring products that work at scale
- Bring product designs to life through a diligent process - documenting Product Requirement Documents, Wireframes, sprint planning, testing and execution
- Identify, monitor and share the right metric to track the product success and plan the roadmap accordingly
- Work with the design and development team along with stakeholders to get the requirements right and build solutions in the promised timelines
- Picking seemingly complex problems, breaking them them down into smaller ones and creating requirements for the engineering team to solve the problems
- Conduct daily scrum meetings and sprint planning effectively
- A/B test, wireframes/mock-ups, product roll-out strategy
Requirements :
- A blend of exceptional analytical skills, design sense and obsession with details
- Excellent communication skills
- 8+ years of experience with web/mobile products
- Deep understanding and empathy for users
