JOB NARRATIVE:

The job would involve:

- Leading Product Management function.

- Participating in strategy discussions to bring learning from bids and enabling steering of business in the right direction

- Work with the Offering leaders to ensure that we have the right product in the market that generates funnel and also mind share of the industry influencers like Analysts and Advisors.

- Building the team to be a high performing best in class team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the Business leader and build clinet's propositions in the Digital Space

- Use competitive intelligence and insights in positioning to build propositions that are differentiated in the market place

- Take this offerings to the Analysts and a ) pitch it to them and b) get feedback on what needs to be improved in the offering to make it even more powerful

- Run the process end to end - competitive intelligence, product / service offering itself, case studies, framework and other components need to be clearly reflected in the propsotions

- Run campaigns to get the front lines sales teams trained; have ready collaterals for level 1, 2 meetings for them

- Constantly do win, loss analysis and provide feedback to improve our foray in the market. Hold workshops to make sure people understand what needs to improve and what strengths need to be leveraged further

- Participate in strategy discussions and use learning from the bids to help steer business towards faster scale up
