We are seeking an experienced Product Head to lead and evolve our client's SaaS platform, drive product innovation, and manage multiple product teams. Candidates should have 18+ years in product management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS business.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Working closely with the leadership team to align the product strategy with the business objectives for new & existing verticals.
- Product roadmap development: Undertaking gap analysis by working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to develop the long-term product roadmap.
- Team Leadership & development: Establishing and leading a strong design team while leading and developing a team of product managers through the product lifecycle.
- Market & Customer engagement: Soliciting direct feedback from key customers and working closely with the internal stakeholders to better understand the market and customer needs.
- Performance and KPI management: Owning the KPI dashboard for the entire product suite, defining measures, setting goals, reporting progress and driving KPI improvements.
- Product development & execution: Overseeing product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and updates while also developing pricing strategies basis the value and performance.
- Conducting market research, including SWOT analysis, opportunity sizing, & potential revenue assessment.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to prioritize development based on customer feedback, market trends & business impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's from a Tier 1 institute with 18+ years of relevant experience in product management of business applications and enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of SAAS business, core metrics and growth drivers.
- Experience in building and validating market-aligned product stories and roadmap.
- Should have mandatory experience of scaling products in the Americas.
- Strong understanding of messaging platforms, chatbots, and customer engagement technologies.
- Strong ability to connect with sales, marketing, and service teams to communicate product capabilities and differentiators.
- Proven experience managing multiple product teams and working with engineering teams to deliver software releases per plan.
- Exceptional listening, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
