Head of Product - Lending

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for manage the entire life cycle of lending products from inception to launch.

- Track all business and user behavior metrics actively. Keep all stakeholders updated about latest developments in Better product and/or competitor products in the market.

- Responsible for the new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships pertaining to lending vertical.

- Responsible for strategic objective, business model and profitability of the business

- Continuous coordination with Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance, training & finance teams in setting up key processes for new & existing products.

- Reviews and endorses product programs, new product proposals, product propositions & strategies to ensure the development of strong and differentiated 'best-in-class' product offerings.

- Strong presentation and report writing skills

- Has initiative, is self-motivated and resourceful

- Ability to work independently and driven for results

- Good analytical, financial skills
