Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a Lead-Product Development to oversee all aspects of the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving product ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from market research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product development strategy.

- Work with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas for new products and features that address customer pain points and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop prototypes and conduct user testing to validate product concepts and iterate based on feedback.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development process.

- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Strong technical background and understanding of software and hardware development processes, including agile methodologies and prototyping tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product plans.

- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for technology, innovation, and social impact, with a desire to make a difference in the lives of millions of people.
