Head - Product & Innovation - NBFC

We are looking for Head – Product & Innovation for Leading NBFC, to be based in Mumbai with following responsibilities as mentioned below , the candidate should be from financial house only.

Qualification & Experience :Post Graduate.

Experience: 10Years +

Compensation : Lucrative Compensation (upto 40 Lacs)

- Identify the most optimal Customer segments for our product groups

- Identify opportunities across product, process, distribution, people and marketing fronts

- Driving Product differentiation and formulating development agenda basis the above inputs

- Own the timelines for New Product Launches & ensure a smooth roll-out through teamwork

- Drive Test Marketing within the stipulated time, at optimal cost and benchmark to competition; to achieve desired business results

- Smooth, on-time hand-over of the proven, optimized products to Sales Team

- Should have moved from sales to Product role which would be an ideal fitment.

- Collect all relevant information on them to develop most efficient products.
