Head - Product Implementation - Analytics Firm

- Responsible to lead and give direction to the Product Implementation arm .

- Responsible to lead a group of project/program managers and project delivery teams from different sub groups such as NLP, Analytics and Engg. Develop a team environment that supports team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed and partnered team.

- Coach and empower delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers.

- Coordinate closely with Resource Managers and Product Managers to plan a deliverable's execution, while taking responsibility for planning the management of scope, costs and schedule.

- Proactively manages and addresses performance issues in delivery team members.

- Provide technical advice and direction to teams and customers with a view to inform business strategy, and deliver technical solutions, that drives innovation and business outcomes in an Agile way of working.

- Experience in program management or project management, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently.

- Experience in projects involving Analytics, solutions development & implementation comprising of big data, cloud, NoSQL, Machine Learning technologies and DevOps processes such as CI/CD, Containerization tools and technologies

- Excellent adaptive team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams and coach for performance 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skil.

- 15+ years of total work experience and 6-7 years of relevant experience in implementing products.
