Reports To: National Head – ePay

Purpose of the Job: To Manage product development process from conception through process flow design, build, UAT, Quality check & release

About ePay: ePay is a new business division of the organization. The focus is to build an innovative mobile application that can allow a retail customer to use ones' mobile device as a mobile wallet. One may use this wallet for domestic money transfer, payment of bills and it allows one to pay at any merchant establishment either online or offline. ePay brings convenience to carry your cash on your mobile device and transact from any place.

Span of Control: 2 – 3 team members

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance the ePay product basket by launching competitive new product and services

- Build a comprehensive Customer Value Proposition for each product as per customer needs.

- Conceptualizing, planning and continuously monitor the progress on development, follow-up with IT team for development deadlines.

- To keep all documents updated such as product note / Product Launch / Product process / product feedback / product gap analysis / testing products etc.

- Keep on top of markets, research, competitor offering to ensure we stay steps ahead

- Partner with the sales team, compliance, and Customer Service to ensure that products are designed in conformity of client needs and regulatory guidelines.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

- Knowledge and Experience in Implementing the best Payment & Money remittance and transaction systems in industry - India & Abroad

- Software development process understanding preferable, excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Excellent working knowledge on CRM, and applications related to money remittance, Banking etc.

Formal Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce stream with PG - MBA
