Responsibilities :

The Head of Product Engineering will be responsible for Product Engineering, Design, Architecture and Development of Products.

- There is a need to think in a different and innovative way and come up with ideas that are new and unconventional which could provide an edge and help create a distinguisher.

- 15+ yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Prior deep experience of having worked in a leadership role within Product Engineering in DotNet,

- Experience in developing end to end solutions - front end / mobility to desktop based applications,

- The incumbent will need to support the mission and vision of the unit and demonstrate / expect others to demonstrate personal and professional behaviors consistent with the units- mission, vision and values.

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- Ability to deal with ambiguity; ability to think through and act on different options,

- Work closely with the CEO and the leadership team in contributing strategically on product roadmap as well as execution,

- Thinking out of the box and come up with innovative solutions,

- Ability to work with an organization at different stages of growth and modify one's approach according to the need.
