Head - Product Development - Radio Access Engineering

The company is one of the key players who will contribute substantially to the Digital India and SmartCity initiatives and is looking at a period of rapid growth through both expansions and acquisitions on a global scale.

The Role :

We are currently seeking to identify a technology evangelist as their head for Radio Access engineering. This is a position that will lead the initiative to identify and develop products and solutions in the area of Radio Access, with a key focus on next-generation technologies like mmWave, 4G/5G mobile access and satellite BB. You will also engage in development of software defined wireless mesh networks and 5G radio access to integrate with SDN/NFV products.

Your Profile :

You should be a master's or PhD in telecom technology with 10-15 years of telecom infrastructure industry experience. You must have a deep understanding of the Telecom industry landscape and specific knowledge of the key technologies mentioned above. The ideal profile will be a good combination of wireless product development, software understanding and good customer interface for solution design. Exposure to hybrid networks will be an advantage.
