Head - Product Development - Micro Finance Startup

We are handling an leadership role into Head of Product Developement with leading start-up company into Micro Finance Business.

- A Person would be responsible for devising the strategy and roadmap for entire product portfolio also building the strategy for each product portfolio.

- Extensive experience in a product management role in SaaS/product Tech Company.

- Experience in design and building product from scratch would be added advantage.

- Well versed in dealing with stakeholders and provide directions to the entire team.

- Strong business mindset and analytical skills.

- B.Tech + MBA from reputed schools with minimum 10 - 14 years experience.

- Strong experience of working in B2C side of business.

- Well versed with technology and should be able to communicate with technical teams.

- Strong technical and design experience.

- Minimum 6 years should have worked in Hardcore Product developement.
