THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :

Job role :

- Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budget.

- Development of curing compounds, waterproofing products and other allied construction chemicals.

- Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM.

- Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.

- Should be able to understand various concrete design mix, technical details of site

- RMs and concrete rheology with different kind of admixture.

- Formulation of Waterproofing and cost optimizations

- To coordinate with international counterpart for developmental activities.

- To Strengthen the corporate safety guidelines as per ISO 9001, 14001 18001 during process of

Product development and product transfer at manufacturing

Job Responsibility :

- To coordinate with sales for design related activities and work in close with purchase department for the introduction of alternate raw materials.

- Performance data of laboratory trails has to be interpreted properly and basis of next action to be defined clearly. Site trials and success rate at customer end should be > 95%.

- In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of design & development to be followed.

- To work in conjunction with purchase department for new RM testing and vendor development.

- Competition bench marking to be planned quarterly & action plan to be defined with data interpretation.

- Recipe vs. Admixture dose per cubic meter of concrete vs. cost to be generated on monthly basis.

- Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies.

- Risk assessment of RM/FG/ processes to be carried out timely.

- To work closely with sales for NPD in construction chemical.
