Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Development: - Lead end-to-end product development for multiple categories within the diamond jewelry segment. - Innovate new product lines by leveraging trends from fashion, accessories, and lifestyle industries. - Collaborate with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to develop unique and marketable collections. - Maintain a strong focus on customer preferences, global trends, and competitive landscape. Market Expansion & Business Growth: - Develop strategies to expand business reach through product innovation and category diversification. - Identify new market segments and growth opportunities in domestic & international markets. - Work closely with marketing & sales teams to align product launches with consumer demand. - Evaluate consumer buying patterns to optimize product offerings and enhance revenue streams. Innovation & Trend Forecasting: - Introduce cutting-edge designs and materials from other industries into the diamond jewelry market. - Stay ahead of fashion, luxury, and lifestyle trends to create trendsetting collections. - Explore sustainable and ethical product innovations in jewelry manufacturing. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Lead a high-performing product development team and drive creativity & efficiency. - Collaborate with designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches. - Develop strong relationships with industry influencers, suppliers, and global trend forecasters.
