Job Description:

- Head the entire UX design products and platforms for one of the largest health tech companies in India.

- Lead and define UX projects and proven industry UX best practices to help research, define, sequence, prototype, design, test, and deliver next-generation consumer, and enterprise health applications

Client Details: Our client is one of the largest players in health-tech domain looking at building a market place for all the health-care needs of an individual

Description:

- Display leadership, provide direction and mentor a team of Product Designers, Researchers, and Visual Designers

- You are passionate about building great teams

- Determines customers key needs; accumulates and refine ideas for new products

- Conduct customer research/interviews and take formal and informal customer feedback for product improvements

- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand

- Work with the product management team to create use cases for product/feature development

- Standards; Develop design guidelines. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design

Profile:

- 12+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products, with at least 4-5 years' experience in leading teams

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms

- A BDes or an MDes in design is ideal, however, for the right candidate, this is not a constraint

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment

- Working with the philosophy of simple is better
