Skills required:

- Need to be a builder at heart & therefore should not be technology averse

- Person of details / should be able to to go very deep in subject

- Aware of Policies / Regulations in Debt Capital Market Space

- Should have worked in DCM deals involving NBFCs, Banks, and corporations

- Need to be able to strategize product build right from scratch to going live and also take on the onus for its commercialization

- This is not a Team role currently and as & when things progresses a

Team may be allocated :

(Company Engineering Team, Team on ground meeting with Corporates would be working with you for building the product but you would be the Sole project Leader where delivery will lie)

- Apt for knowing latest in field of Technology & Finance

- An understanding of capital markets and related instruments is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must also have an excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Profile:

- Company intends to re-define Global Debt Markets now and is looking for someone to lead the area. The reporting of this role would be to Head - Emerging Tech Platforms.

- You would be the LEADER for the new DCM platform being envisaged by Company in DCM Space.

- Initially, brainstorming and your thought leadership would be needed to understand how to solve following solutions technically:

- Supporting clients in funding, refinancings and recapitalisations (Non Bank Financing i.e: Financing via Capital Market instruments | Domestic & Overseas)

- Reviewing refinancing options to support growth strategies

- Advising on optimal capital structures

- Providing assistance on refinancing and restructuring existing debt facilities

- Assisting borrowers to manage their lenders in stressed situations

- Carrying out financial modelling, including analysing business forecasts, scenario analysis and covenant sensitivities

- Bonds

- Commercial papers

- NCDs

- Sourcing & Creating marketplace for Co-Lending

- AIF via GIFT City

- Getting Private foreign Capital in India via preferable Jurisdictions

- Once a strategy is arrived at How can a platform be developed for the same

- Begin the development along with Engg Team. Engg Team needs to be given BRD / Product Papers for them to code

- Review the development

- Launch & Commercialize by building your Team

- Visit Clients & close with Sales Teams. Visit Intermediatories for research etc

- Should not be shy to be on ground to be with clients
