Head - Product/Content Development

Job Profile :

Looking for a dedicated, passionate and visionary Product Manager/Content Head to manage the end to end student lifecycle for our ever-growing portfolio of Finance, Analytics retail product portfolio. To join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams across 7 locations in India to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities Include :

- Product design and delivery will be across the B2C and B2B

- Manage the in house content and production team

- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies

- Optimize/tighten sourcing criteria

- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and action plans

- Improve Customer experience from walk in to graduation

- Identify add-on/top- ups to sell to existing students

- Standardization of program contents and delivery mechanism across locations

- Increase student placement ratio, alumni engagement and industry connect

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Job Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in product or content management

- Proven work experience in project management

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to key stakeholders

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the domains we operate in and the product you will be managing (Finance, Analytics, IT, Business Analytics)
