Role Purpose:
- The Head - Product Marketing is a leadership role in the Marketing & Communications team with active engagement across all businesses of the bank.
- It involves working closely with several stakeholders within the bank right from the product conceptualization stage to the go-to-market stage and encompasses planning and support responsibilities at all levels.
- This role will be responsible for leading a marketing team involved in servicing the retail/wholesale banking businesses and physical channels ie Branches & ATMs PAN India across the bank.
- These teams work with the various business and product units of the bank to co-create product proposition which best suits the need of our existing and potential customers.
- Will be responsible for planning and implementation of the organization's product roll out and communication support for all retail/wholesale banking channels& using the physical channels like Branches and ATMs to communicate proposition and help the business teams in maximizing opportunities across the same.
- Incumbent will work with the various business/ product teams of the bank in order to identify the existing gaps/opportunities, and help co-create propositions along with go to market strategy 3 Help position the various products of the bank positively amongst the general public and potential customers.
