Opportunity Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in campaign management and portfolio optimization for a pivotal role spanning 12 months. The position is based in Bahrain. The project involves strategic partnership engagement across various domains such as loyalty programs, corporate communication, and finance, with a strong emphasis on analytics-driven marketing initiatives.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in program assessment and planning, aligning the payment firms product offerings with the client's objectives and executing go-to-market strategies effectively.
- The role is integral to a larger initiative aimed at enhancing the client's competitive stance and optimizing value creation in the local market.
- The contractor's success will be gauged by their ability to deliver on key performance indicators, drive product launches, and navigate the client through product migrations and service implementations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting full lifecycle campaign management and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborating across departments like marketing, finance, and IT to gather analytics for marketing strategies.
- Developing business cases by evaluating local market opportunities and risks.
- Setting up, implementing, and certifying payment firms' products on the client's new system.
- Planning and overseeing the launch of payment services such as MTLS and Pay with Rewards.
- Monitoring progress through key performance indicators and a 'control tower' for decision-making.
- Reporting directly to senior stakeholders and working collaboratively with the Payment firm's Product and Account Management teams.
Your Background:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in product launch and lifecycle management.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certifications in marketing or product management would be preferred.
- Proficient in designing product features, understanding customer segments, and exploring partnerships.
- Proven expertise in system configurations, go-to-market strategy execution, and project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, preferably with payment firm products, is highly desirable.
Other Important Information:
The start date is anticipated within the next few weeks, and while the role is set for a 12-month term, there is a possibility for extension based on project needs and performance.
