Head of Product - B2C or B2B
Responsibilities :
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, writing functionality/feature specs, analyzing & designing key performance metrics and driving business results
- Developing a product strategy and roadmap for platform features which should be created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product design and development effort, and negotiating launch timelines with development teams.
- Be a visionary who can think out of the box and introduce new trends in the market and disrupt the creator economy space.
- Responsible for managing and leading the complete product lifecycle.
- Design a client feedback loop and optimize for client and business success metrics.
- Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.
- Product Ownership which includes conceptualization, prioritization and delivering projects.
- Collaborating among cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to manage end-to-end implementation.
- Responsible for developing new UI designs using web technologies.
Candidate Profile :
- 7-10+ years' experience in product management, preferably in Platforms related to.
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for leading, mentoring and scaling product teams to reach their full potential.
- Excellent experience in B2C space, Influencer Marketing domain
- Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, environment
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities
