- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and exploring new sourcing options.

- Procurement - Lead & Drive the end to end sourcing of categories assigned, developing long term category strategy and work towards implementing the same within a stipulated timeframe. Capacity mapping & building at the vendors' end in line with the regional expansion plan identifying and developing alternate vendors to bridge capacity gaps.

- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and address any issues that may arise.

- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and operational efficiency. Implement forecasting techniques, monitor demand patterns, and collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure adequate stock levels without excess or shortage.

- Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods from suppliers to the restaurants. Coordinate with logistics providers, manage transportation costs, and optimize delivery routes for timely and cost-effective distribution.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for all incoming products and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with suppliers to address any quality issues.

- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, such as optimizing transportation costs, negotiating favorable pricing with suppliers, and streamlining processes to minimize waste and inefficiencies.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain. Monitor external factors like market fluctuations, natural disasters, and regulatory changes, and proactively address any potential impacts.

- Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in supply chain management. Implement relevant technologies like inventory management systems, demand forecasting tools, and data analytics to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Provide guidance, set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

- Sustainability and Social Responsibility: Promote sustainable practices within the supply chain, such as responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and carbon footprint reduction. Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure ethical and socially responsible practices.
