Head - Procurement - Property Management Services

Role:

- Provide supply chain support to the organization, ensuring appropriate sourcing strategies are implemented to achieve synergy and cost control.

- Responsible for overall management of property & asset services, so as the ensure delivery of standard, consistent, efficient & best services by the property management partners across.

- Review, standardize and establish quality system documentation consisting of policies, processes and procedures for various functions of business operations.

- Provide strategy & drive implementation of sourcing strategies & best practices.

The Person:

- An engineering graduate / MBA / Supply chain with 15+ years experience in procurement from property management companies preferred.

- Expertise in strategic planning, risk management & people management.

- Hands of experience in Supply chain management.

- Subject matter expertise in maintenance & engineering supply chain activities.
