III. Job description:
a. Managing a team of 10-15
b. Support to CFO in all aspects relating to Procurement, Vendor Management (OEM and RMT), Insurance management, residual value management and special projects
c. Coordinate with City teams for procurement planning
IV. Job responsibilities :
1. Procurement Planning :
a. Liaises with internal strategic driver sourcing team to determine their need of vehicles and services
b. Monthly/Quarterly planning for procurement of vehicles and related devices and services
2. Vendor Management- (Vendors will comprise of OEMs, Dealers and other service & device suppliers)
a. Coordination with OEMs for procurement
b. Negotiate with OEMs of best prices and max credit terms for procurement of various car models
c. Negotiate with dealers on the - Dealer component- of on road Price
d. Nurture relationships with new suppliers for devices relating to cars.
e. Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels of devices and accessories etc
f. Design long term arrangements with Vendors in terms of better prices, after sales services and other value added services
