Head - Procurement

- We have an opportunity for one of our Healthcare Client for Head Procurement role - PAN India role.

- Experience: 12+ years.

- Qualification: Graduate/Masters (Related to Procurement).

- Preferred Industry: Hospitality/Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring cost reduction through negotiation, consolidation, new suppliers.

- Design & implement procurement policies, processes, controls and good governance.

- Lead and guide team on Material master management framework, optimization/categorization with proper taxonomy.

- Implement & improve procurement software functionalities.

- Drive automation initiatives in the procurement function.

- Provide leadership to regional procurement team, bring in standardization, uniformity in the entire procurement process, products and services.

- Partner with business teams for finding appropriate solutions for procurement related needs.

- Supplier relationship management.

- Address vendor issues to ensure the highest level of service delivery from them.

- Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors.

- Identify new suppliers catalogue management.

- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

- Analyzing spends to identify opportunities of cost savings, optimization.

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
