Head - Procurement - FMCG

Looking for a candidate for the position of Head - Procurement with one of the leading MNC FMCG Company based out of North India.

An ideal candidate is a management graduate from a premier institute with relevant exposure of 10-15 years, one who will be able to create:

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.

- Oversee contract development and administration.

- Develop and implement procurement-related training programs for the procurement team and organization.

- Coordinating with the Logistics, Planning, Operations, and Materials for getting all production plans in advance

- Coordination with the sales team

- Analyzing the buying pattern

- Responsible for handling the vendor selection and development process.

- Identifying and finalizing alternate sources for RM & PM

CTC can go upto 50-60 lakhs.
