People Leadership - Develop, engage, and retain a team of process and data analysts as well as category managers, category management assistants and procurement master data assistants. A total of up to 15 employees.
Process/Project Governance - Ensure that processes and projects across procurement and supply chain disciplines enable the business to deliver superior results and optimize costs
Data and Systems Management - Ensure timely and accurate data and analyses are available to enable users make data-driven decisions in driving costs down plus performance and efficiency up
Performance Management - Ensure that the objectives in the Procurement and supply chain function are aligned with the rest of the organization and secure strong corrective actions where performance is lagging in order to raise the bar for performance even higher
