Job Role:
- Develop and implement procurement policies & procedure according to company goals and objectives.
- Ensure 100% adherence to policies & procedures for all purchases.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand their business requirements.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.
- Identify & evaluate profitable vendors and initiate business and organization partnerships.
- Approve & finalize all purchase orders and deliveries.
- Evaluate existing vendors.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
- Anticipate & mitigate unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
