Job Role:

- Oversees and directs the implementation of big, intricate enterprise-level branch infrastructure initiatives, making sure that the project's timeline, scope, and budget are followed.

- Uses a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.

- Plays a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaches team members as needed to optimise the efficiency of the project team.

- Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth project execution, such as IT Operations and Facilities.

- Organises and leads project status and working meetings; creates and distributes progress reports; manages risks and issues; corrects plan deviations; and prepares delivery for assigned projects.

- Defines project scope and schedule with an emphasis on regular and timely delivery of value.
