Location: Noida

Job Responsibilities:

1. Consistently develop right vendors who are able to meet the business requirements as per the timelines and quality standards.

2. Timely measure vendor score-cards and performance on parameters like quality, timelines, cost, satisfaction, supply factors, etc to facilitate the organization in having the right partners for procurement

3. Work towards consolidation of vendors to drive efficiencies and profitability.

4. Develop robust order replenishment processes to deliver the products to the required Channels as per the Sales Plans.

5. Ensure that the order fulfilment rate is maintained throughout and at no point there is a deviation from the forecast / scheduling of products.

6. Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations (domestic/international)

7. Reduce overall supply risk though contingency planning and understanding of supplier capabilities, disaster preparedness, and financial health.

8. Ensure highly collaborative partnerships with all internal and external technical business partners.

9. Develop and improve overall supplier and supply base capabilities, anticipating changing supplier landscape.

10. Develop and implement right strategies & processes to ensure an efficient, and commercially focussed procurement function.

11. Provide support to the Organization in ensuring right material sourcing & mix that directly impact the bottom line.

12. Ensure proper planning of material, spares, products, Services through an IT enabled and robust procurement processes

13. Lead value for money initiatives through Centralized Procurement Department

14. End to end ownership of Monthly scheduling.
