1) Head the Customer Experience Team of a well established fintech company
2) Take care of multiple processes Automation in the organization
3) Work closely on key CRM tools and drive adoption of new CRM tools
4) Work closely with the Product and Technology team to enhance customer experience at every single touch point
5) Work closely on multiple data points in order to streamline multiple processes
6) Drive a high performance and meritocratic culture within the team
Educational Qualifications :
1) MBA from Tier 1/2 institute( Please note that MBA is must for this role)
2) Experience in Tools such as Zoho, Freshdesk, Freshworks among others
3) Superior Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills
