Job Description :
To ensure and support all Job Holders cross functionally fully understand and appreciate their roles, the process related to that role, systems related to that role (in particular Dynamics, the Company ERP) and demonstrably adheres to the defined process. Where there are gaps in the process or the process or the related system needs amendment, the assignee will fill that gap/ amend the process, in consultation with the Board.
The annual planning process which culminates in
- Category and Brand Plans, Category and Brand Targets for the following year, by Business Unit (BU), broken up agreed cost centres - these cost centres will need to be defined in conjunction with the CFO in light of the organizational changes underway.
- In preparation of these plans and in review with Suppliers he will be present at all key Supplier meetings.
- Costs associated with sales, depreciation and function/ activities, broken by Cost Centre for each BU
- Total capex and opex
- The Business Development Strategy, Plan, and detailed activity that currently targets the wine and spirits categories
The sales process up to the Reps- daily activity and routine. This will include:
- Reps start of the day, during the day, and end of day operations;
- Supervisors start of the day, during the day and end of the day routine;
- Depot Keepers start of the day, during the day and end of the day routine and operations;
- Field Managers start of the day, during the day and end of day operations;
- Field Managers daily, weekly and monthly processes;
- National Sales processes that are followed by Business/ Category Managers
- Development Managers processes and how Channel Development plans are prepared, and implemented.
