Main Role (Overall accountability):
- To assist and oversee the branches & operational procedure on day-to-day basis to ensure policies and procedures are efficient and documented.
- To liaison process/ system changes and draft Bilingual Operational advices (OA). Be focal point of contact for Compliance/ Audit observations and ensure action delivery.
- To continuously review branch operational manual and update them based on changes published via OAs. To review branch application forms and update as per the design guidelines. To continuously check core banking data quality and cleanup.
Personnel Specifications:
- MBA / Graduate
- 5+ years of banking experience operations or branches
- Overall experience of 7-10 years including handling team.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Problem solving skills
- Team worker
- Strong knowledge of branch process and system charges will be preferred.
