The role involves driving process excellence and productivity across transport business lines.
Job Description:
1. Responsible to drive continuous improvement and culture building in line with organization's vision & quality policy.
2. Drive productivity improvement through program and process management initiatives.
3. Drive quality management program through lean six sigma approach.
4. Implement organization level (3 PL) initiatives to enhance hub/operational level productivity.
5. Design/Revamp the existing internal audit process to bring in pro-activeness resulting process efficiency and compliance.
6. To contribute to the development of project standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies for company.
Technical / Functional Competency:1. Transport, Warehouse & 3 PL Management
2. PLC Management

Qualification & Experience Required: BE with MBA (desirable) preferably from a Tier 1 Institute with a minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar profile
