Job Description :

- The Head Process Excellence will lead a team to define all business processes, map the processes in the system and ensure adoption across all roles ranging from CEO to field executives.

The company is on the way to become one of the most iconic brands worldwide. They have an ever-increasing domestic & international footprint. Headquartered out of Mumbai, they are looking to hire a Head of Process Excellence to fuel and sustain that growth for the business.

Description :

Reporting to the COO, the person will :

- Lead the process excellence and training team

- Own, define and implement workflows and business processes across all business functions (Sales, Operations, Supply, etc.)

- Own the implementation and adoption of task management / CRM / BPM system in the organization

- Lead and own process training across all roles, and track process adoption

- Continuously work towards improving operational efficiency of all business functions

- Liaise with product and system vendor teams for executing process elements that require support from respective teams

- Develop and own process charts / maps / training documents

- Provide fact-based strategic and tactical insights

- Provide thought leadership internally

Profile :

- At least 5-7 years of post MBA experience along with a B.Tech./B.E. is a must. MBA from premier institutes like IIM - A/B/C/L/K/I, ISB, MDI, SP Jain is preferred.

- Experience of having worked in Management Consulting / Ecommerce / any Ops Heavy business is important for this role.
