Head of Process Excellence
Job Description :
- Support and develop Process Excellence (PE) strategy agenda.
- Develop, mature and execute the PE methodologies, frameworks, practices within org. for broader businesses and enterprise.
- Enable organization by developing self-serving toolkits and playbooks, such that they can deliver change on their own.
- Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Communicate and interact with all departments and operating groups to understand business needs and to refine PE services, as necessary.
- Needs to own and refine the existing transition methodology.
- Align with Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology and other departments to identify and address gaps.
- Establish process to manage transitions in to/ out and for associated reporting.
- Rationalize current reporting landscape and build a robust automated structure for reporting to deliver scalable and sustainable solution for meeting the growing needs of the business.
