Position : Process Delivery and Transition Head

Reporting to : Director - Operations

Years of Exprience : 10+years

Required Skills ;

1. Looking for 10 + yrs of experience into BPO industry with domain expertise into Life insurance or Anuity.

2. 4 +yrs of exp into Leadership and Operation.

3. Excellent Communication, presentation, negotiations and problem solving skills.

4. Ability to develop and drive the strategic direction for a group.

5. Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Responsibility ;

1. Will be responsible for managing Life insurance/Annuity process for their US insurance clients.

2 .Responsible for managing two or more end to end process or vertical from a process delivery and quality offering perspective.

3. Responsible for stabilizing transitioned processes, defining SOPs and developing operational and tactical plans to ensure adherence to SLAs.

4.Prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

5. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

6. Manage work volume, headcount forecast, cost revenue analysis.
