About Our Client :
An Exciting/ Challenging new Opportunity to work within a boutique wealth management firm. The firm is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and hungry to succeed Wealth Management Business Head.
Role:
- A Greenfield expert to kick start, help grow and drive the wealth management business, products and services
- A position entrusted with task of acquiring HNWI customers and selling wealth management solutions.
- A self motivated, go getter, ambitious and performance driven individual who operates independently.
- A team player with well developed interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
- An advisor to the management as regards contribution to overall business initiatives and strategy.
- To have an existing portfolio that compromises of UHNWI and HNWI.
- Extensive experience within investment banking, private banking, private wealth offices, investment boutiques.
- Knowledge of Investment Advisory and Management, Consolidated Portfolio Reporting, Financial planning.
- Extensive experience in managing UHNWI, Family Offices and Trusts.
- Day to Day activities include Market Development, Meeting People, and building a network of HNWI
- To build,motivate and drive BDMs and a sales team.
Skills
- At least 7 - 15 years of wealth management experience.
- Green field expertise.
- Extensive experience in Relationship Management and private banking.
- Dynamic, resourceful and highly achievement-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of all products.
- Dedication and Discretion is highly essential.
