- Sharpen product categorization & growth objectives
- Full proof tightened product selection process of immunity, organic & wellness;
- Bill penetration, develop new categories
Internal Portfolio :
- Assortment
- Category architecture, assortment & pricing should be built by PL & FMCG together
- Sharpen product categorization & growth objectives
- Historic data from Offline, Online, Other Channels,
- Secondary & Primary Research (As and when required)
- Understand geographies in 4-5 cohorts and design action plan for each cohort
- Rationalize product portfolio periodically
Pricing :
- algorithm accounting for competitive intelligence to make tactical decision for pricing private label products, build brand-pack-price architecture with corresponding market size
- Create pricing logic, Timely frequency to apply it and communicate it
- Think about price perception from customer as well as market and make necessary price changes
Quality :
- NPS survey, Consumer insights & Customer Feedback
New Product Development (NPD) :
- Study on Formulation and Finalisation of sales features
- Market diligence and factory audits
- Product Cost calculation and verification (Sign off)
- Product placement & promotion planning along with packaging development.
- Sign of on Artwork designing (As per Required rules & regulations) within the approved brand guidelines.
- Regulatory diligence and Legal sign off for content claims and ingredients, Conducting Efficacy trials.
- Quality improvement & cost saving to improve margins and enhance customer experience. Production Management
- Developing Vendor Agreements
- Coordination with Quality and Regulatory Teams
- Taxation, Transportation and Costing
