Head - Private Equity - CA

- Looking for a leadership profile with experience in Merger & Acquisition, Private Equity, preferably having experience in family office

- The ideal candidate will possess a business and strategic mindset and a proven track record of deploying Investment strategies that have directly resulted in increased revenue and Profit growth.

- This person will play a critical role in navigating the complexities associated with the Compliance-related activities of domestic and international Investment initiatives.

- CA with 15 + years work experience in Audit, Compliance, Private Equity.

- Deep understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques and due diligence process.

- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Extensive network within private equity and investment community.

- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients/ investors/lenders to expand the business and meeting them new business development.

- Consolidation and Finalization of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and ITR of Investment Office entities. Income Tax Assessments for all Investment Office entities. Other compliances on Taxation - Advance Tax, TDS Payment, Returns and Certificates. GST Payment and GST Returns of all entities

- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation
