- NRI PB Management - Manage a Team of 8-10 NRI PBs across Branches as defined. PBs manage NR-Classic portfolio.
- Ensuring Customer Management Processes are being implemented by all PBs e.g. CRM contacts, Event Based Trigger calls & updates etc.
- Daily Monitoring of PBs through Day Plans, Daily Activity Reports, Daily Sales Reports
- Ensure all PBs work towards Score Card & Management Goals Sales to Portfolio, Group Product Holding.
- Ensure that all PBs are met and reviewed weekly
- Check Customer Files / CRMs to ensure that Sales are basis profile of the customer
- Ensure all NRI PB positions are manned
- Ensure that all PBs are trained on all aspects
- Work on HR related aspects : timely confirmations, mid and annual appraisals & to chalk out PB career path
- Business Management- Achieve monthly and yearly targets (Revenue, LI, FX, MF, and any other product)
- Achieve PB income productivity as set by Fincon & Management
- Achieve the Incremental Business Targets for the Team as defined
- Increase the no. of Customers under Preferred Programme
- Ensure Cross Selling of TPP, Asset products
- Joint Calls with PBs to assist PBs on Big Ticket Customer Deals
- Ensure Zero Customer Complaints of PB customers
- Operations, Marketing & Processes- Monitoring Inward / Outward Remittances
- To Ensure CRM for team, CRM Supervisory and EBT updates are done on a regular basis
- Handling Service Request for NR Classic clients
- Follow all NR Desk related processes (like Day Plan, Fee Plan and any other that may be notified from time to time)
- Increase in market share- Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that Bank is a one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the NRI Classic Customer
- Product Penetration & contribution towards focused product
- Ensure that an optimal level of Income generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached.Enhance client's CTG level and Ensure that the Customer Group profitability is achieved for region.
- Customer Service - Customer Services: Ensure quality customer service is delivered
- Complaint Management: To ensure all queries and complaints are resolved within the bank specified TAT.
