Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining a robust overseas network

- Driving business growth through strategic partnerships and competitive pricing

- Ensuring optimal pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.

- Manage and develop our overseas network, fostering strong relationships with partners and agents.

- Provide rate quotations to the network, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

- Initiate and conduct calls with existing and potential networks to explore new business opportunities.

- Organize and attend network follow-up meetings to discuss new business prospects and growth strategies.

- Conduct review meetings with the network to understand their concerns, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

- Share leads with networks to capitalize on business growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with the procurement team regarding DAP/DDP rates and other pricing inquiries.

- 10+ years of experience in pricing and procurement, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams

- Strong network and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
