CA or MBA Fin from Premier Institutes with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, excellent number crunching ability being responsible for and having experience in:
- Preparing Strategy for pricing and promotion for institutional, retail and digital
- Drive competitive advantage through strategic pricing and promotion initiatives
- Competitive analysis, scheme development, and ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Preparing scheme's based on variations by geography, product lines, and SKU focus and inputs from Finance and Commercial teams
- Scheme budgets, incentives, and product costing's
- Ensure the success of our pricing, promotion, and contractor loyalty programs
- Implementing schemes for retailers and loyalty programs for contractors
- Clear and timely communication for pricing & promotions (changes if any ) with all stakeholders.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of budget variances, comparing actual spends in promotion and loyalty programs against the initial budget.
- Reporting and sharing performance insights with Regional or Zonal teams and Pricing teams to provide insights for decision-making processes
- Audit pricing changes in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Computing incentive pay-outs for Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
