Head for Pre-Sales & Teleselling Management - Real Estate
1. As the Head of Presales and Teleselling Management, you will be required to work with Head of Marketing/CMO very closely to ensure efficient lead management for all channels.
2. Set up a team as per the business plan Org-Structure to drive walk-ins/Out bound meetings/Video meetings with sales team/closure team.
3. Liaise with Strategy head, Product head, Sales and Marketing head to plan for all campaigns and Launches.
4. Min prescribed threshold of Lead to Walk-in Conversions are maintained for all agents and all projects/launches/campaigns.
5. Ensure all members are well trained for all products, Real Estate and Related communication and knowledge needed to serve and converse with customers.
6. Data understanding and bucketing to ensure conversions from each bucket is met with prescribed ratios as per the business plan and marketing budgets.
7. Hire and train Presales/tele sales agents to deliver quality telecalls for all our projects depending on the regions and portfolio of the projects.
8. Engage, Coach and Motivate the team to be active in all pressure environments to ensure they deliver desired number of walk-ins/meetings for respective projects.
9. Maintain and Manage quality checks for people, process, data and ensure critical feedbacks are shared with Sales and Marketing teams for better efficiency and performance.
10. Ensure productivity and efficiency for each individual in achieved as per the Business plan.
11. Adhere to SFDC and data protection standards to avoid any misuse or pilferage of data or company properties.
12. Ensure Ethics/Integrity & code of conduct is maintained at all levels. Maintain a check and balance to establish conducive professional environment to achieve organizational business goals.
