- Risk & Compliance / Security Background
- Customer-focused attitude - Strong Presales Skills for solutions and services-
- Strong solutions selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
- Good understanding of 2 of the following technologies
- DLP, SIEM, APT, ETDR, Vulnerability Management Solutions, Application Security testing solutions etc.
- Sales & technical Certification of various principal vendors
- Good Network & IP/TCP understanding
- Knowledge on regulatory standards (such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, PCI DSS) implementation & assessment is a plus
- Understanding of penetration testing is a plus
- Understanding of Security Operations Center, its SLA, KPIs etc is highly desirable
- Ability to manage CXO level relationship.
- Ability to understand customer security requirement and map appropriate solutions.
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Experience in preparing business solution proposals and providing corporate presentation to senior management.
- Very good presentation skills & Proven ability to manage client interactions
- Possess in-depth knowledge of competitive products
- Coordinate with different departments within the company and enable the local team
- Ability to conduct Security Workshops, Identify requirements
- Consult and be the trusted advisor to client & Lead the engagement until service delivery
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English, Arabic is Plus but not a must
- Ability to influence the customer in taking the products & services falling into our portfolio.
- Manage and maintain the relationship with customer as a technical consultant.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs that we receive from customer.
- Interact and coordinate with internal teams in drafting the proposals and our responses to RFP or RFI or RFQs.
