Role Overview:
As the Head of Presales / Large Deal Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our presales efforts and managing high-value deals with a minimum valuation of 50 million. You will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and establishing lasting relationships with key clients in the Hyderabad and Bangalore regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of presales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, pursue, and win large-scale deals valued at a minimum of 50 million.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of presales activities and successful deal closures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of presales initiatives.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in presales, with a proven track record of successfully managing and closing large deals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the [Industry/Technology] landscape and market dynamics in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
