Job Role:
Lead the sales support team for the Business Unit, includes presales consultants, business analysts, solution architects & domain SMEs.
Help vertical heads in generating demand . This includes research on top focus accounts (existing and new), competition analysis, planning proactive market activities like analyst mapping etc.
Handle / Manage proactive and reactive proposals including RFPs and tenders.
Improve pre-sales productivity by bringing in best practices, reusable components etc.
Desired Profile:
15+ years experience in sales support / presales from IT industry
Strong understanding of enterprise computing / storage / networking / security / ERP / CRM technology.
Product OEM and Partner Relationship Management
Strong IT services industry experience, especially in Indian & Middle East market.
