- The Precast Head will be responsible for overseeing the precast construction activities on an underground metro project This position requires extensive knowledge & experience in precast construction and project management.

- Tunnel Precast experience is a must

Job Responsibilities :

- Oversee the precast construction Activities ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the precast elements are designed & manufactured to meet project specifications

- Develop & Implement precast construction schedules, ensuring they are realistic and achievable

- Supervise the precast construction team and provide guidance and support to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

- Manage the procurement of precast materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered to the site in a timely manner

- Conduct regular inspections of precast work to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, identifying any issues or challenges that may impact project delivery.

- Ensure that all precast construction activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and safety standards
